REM® HDL HYDRAULIC PORTABLE TILTER

The “Portable Tilter” was designed as a floor level, easily loaded box tilter. This unit is designed for smooth tilting of your container to allow the worker to easily remove products from the bottom of a Gaylord or similar container. Simply load containers onto the lift and use the convenient push button switch to elevate to an approximate 60 degree angle. The hydraulic box tilter increases worker productivity, reduces back-strain and lowers worker fatigue from the very first day.

Built for your most demanding applications, this rugged unit is capable of lifting containers weighing as much as 750 lbs. Containers up to 50” wide can be loaded into the ground level bucket by pallet jack or forklift. The hand operated controls are an improvement over foot pedal controls that are often damaged by forklifts. Being able to plug into a standard 120 volt outlet makes this tilter very functional. Portability makes it a valuable addition to the equipment in your plant.
