The Super 6M crushes six gallon pails and most anything that is smaller. Paint cans, oil filters and a variety of pails and drums are all crushed by the Super 6M. Crushing of open paint cans takes place on a grate allowing liquids to pass through for collection in a drum. Volume reduction up to 15 to 1. (Explosion Proof – NEMA 1, Group D)

The Super 6PM crushes 6 gallon pails and most anything that is smaller. Oil filters and a variety of pails and cans are all crushed by these units. These crushers open closed containers and drain the contents before crushing them flat – no need to remove paint can lids. (Explosion Proof – NEMA 1, Group D)

Full cans and pails with lids on are opened, emptied (by EPA Definition) and crushed in twenty seconds or less by the TeeMark Super 6PJ and cans are automatically ejected out the back. It processes up to 180 containers per hour and can handle a wide variety of container types and sizes ranging from pints to 6 gallons.

The TeeMark Super 6PJ-VC pierces, empties, crushes and ejects up to 180 containers per hour. The Vapor Collection System captures VOC’s, propellants and vapors from the crushing chamber and collection drums and delivers them to a 5-inch duct. Processes containers from half pints to 6-gallon pails. Also processes 4 to 12-inch tall aerosol cans. Optional carbon filtration system available. (Explosion Proof – NEMA 1, Group D)
