The Model 520A Container Packer is a fully automatic, hydraulically operated trash compactor capable of displacing up to 54 cubic yards of trash per hour, packing into a front or rear load compaction container. The machine body, sides and top are 3/16″ steel plate. The hopper is constructed of 11 ga. steel plate with a 1/4″ back plate to take the impact of falling refuse. The Model 520A comes equipped with a 5 HP power unit for high volume applications.

A hydraulically operated concentric ram compactor utilizing the extrusion principle. Refuse is forced through the nose of the compactor, which contains a unique set of restrictors. The compactor body and compaction chamber are rugged and durable. They are tubular in shape, forming one continuous body of high strength 3/8″ steel plate. The ram is similarly constructed of ¼” plate with a compaction of 1″ plate. The hopper is constructed of a 14 gauge steel, with a ¼” impact plate.

The Model 10T Trash Compactor is a single bag, bulkhead compactor which produces pre-cut, space-saving blocks of compacted refuse. These blocks are uniform in size and density. The chute fed model is designed for multi-story buildings, receiving trash from the building trash chute. The hand fed model has varied applications, such as schools, hospitals, etc. The Model 10T is a hydraulically operated concentric ram compactor with hardened cast ductile iron shear teeth compacting against a heavily reinforced door with a quick opening latch.

This machine can be chute fed for use in multi-story buildings, or hand fed for varied applications such as retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets, manufacturing plants, office buildings, hospitals, schools and other institutions.
