REM® Dewatering Auger Compactor – High Volume Aluminum and PET Compaction System
The REM® ADS has the ability to compact the containers and press out the liquid. The volume reduction and removal of liquid makes it easy to transport this material to be recycled. A small machine that can make a huge impact.
The REM® ADS Compactor works as follows: containers are loaded into the hopper. The auger screw then pulls the containers to a perforated chamber where it crushes containers and then it gets compacted and fed down the discharge chute.

- Field reversible pre-crusher (easily change from left side to right side feed)
- Stainless steel extrusion and forming chamber allows the equipment to process wet corrosive materials with reduced maintenance costs.
- Interior steel surfaces painted with white rust inhibitor based paint to prevent rust from getting on EPS product.
- Low operating and maintenance costs
- Efficient design uses a minimal amount of energy to achieve a maximum reduction in volume.
- Process up to 15 cu. yd./hr. (depending on type of material & feed method)
