KannaBevel edge hammers have been designed specifically for optimizing trichrome exposure without compaction or separation from the underlying biomass, allowing KannaMill to pulverize without over-fiberization, eliminating the need to manually de-stem pre-roll material.
KANNAMILL PRO SERIES – CBD EXTRACTORS
Designed primarily for CBD extractors who need to grind fibrous plant stalks into a consistent particle size for maximized extraction of CBD.
The KannaMill Pro Series Industrial Grinding Hammer Mill is designed to pulverize without overly-defiberizing, and can handle, with precision, the continuous processing of the highly abrasive, very tough hemp fibers to the desired size. This mill is a mid-range production hammer mill with an economical built-in material handling fan mounted on the main mill shaft. Available in four standard sizes with integral fan units (13” to 36” wide), and a larger 48” model that operates with a separately driven fan. With this unique combination only one motor is required to drive both the mill and the fan thereby saving horsepower and valuable floor space.

Designed for the highest possible production rates at the desired finished particle size for all types of Extraction and production. These mills are ideal for processing industrial hemp to an ideal particle size for downstream drying efficiency, or post drying to further size the product in preparation for extraction.
The Kannamill® Performance Series offers mid to high range production hammer mills that are available with a horsepower range between 50-600HP across ten standard mill sizes. These mills operate at either 3600 rpm or 1800 rpm depending on the application. The mill arrangement offers a dual directional rotor and easy access to the grinding chamber for maintenance and cleaning through large hinged access doors on both sides of the mill. These mills are available in standard carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or food grade stainless steel.
